Why is no one doing anything

I live in a cul de sac of terrace houses. Half the neighbours you never see, the other half are like feral in every way imaginable. I've witnessed child abuse, domestic abuse both at each other, criminal damage, drug dealing, drug taking, drinking and fighting in the street, my car has been damaged more than once, from scratches to a large nail in the tyre. All from my next door but one neighbours a couple with 3 kids. I have reported to police more than once, social services, nspcc, the landlord of the property and even my landlord and nothing has been done. I suffer severe mental health and can't afford to move. My local council are beyond useless. It's so depressing playing their music so the whole road can hear and she leaves piles of rubbish they are nesting under her decking. Any ideas?

Report to council, report to local MP. Noise complaints every day. Eventually someone will do something.

We moved. We had too.
The music, the rubbish, the football against our wall, the nails in my tyres.
We got no support and since moving we’ve never been happier
