To be disappointed with Toyota Purley/Croydon

We just got a car lease with Toyota; As we were purchasing same car as old one but newer version we chose the color and they didn’t say that the interior was different.

Now they are saying we cannot change the car. We can get out of the lease by purchasing the car but are stuck with the car.

So disappointed they didn’t give us all the information. I just feel they just want to push the sale and wash their hands after. Specially because they say they want to please the customer.

Bumping

is it our fault for not asking all the questions? Or should the sales person give us all the information?

Isn't this just the same as your other thread?

And yes, you should really check these sorts of details rather than say 'same again in x colour'. Specification changes regularly.

Yes, it is. Just posting here for a bit more traffic and opinions; in case there is something else we can do

Yes, it’s definitely on you not to have checked the configurations of the car first. I’ve just changed my car (not Toyota) and even though it’s the same marque, I still went through what I had on my current one to make sure it was on the newer version. Some things weren’t!
