I manage a small team of professionals, a mixed bunch. I am feeling a real lack of respect from one.. blunt, disinterested, comments to others implying I am not on the ball, really rude in their manner. It’s noticeable to myself and others. Any tips please? Have not experienced this before despite years of experience. Had been warned this person lacked some communication skills but had not been on the receiving end of it until now… really quite taken aback!
