Sorry, posting here for traffic.

Anyone here have anything to do with Evri parcel drop shops? Last Tuesday I dropped a parcel off returning some items. I can't find the receipt card they gave me and the parcel has not arrived back at the warehouse. Card must have fallen out of my pocket when I got my phone out in town.

Does anyone know if I go back to the shop will they be able to trace it through their scanner records? Nearly £80 of returned goods.I

And no, I didn't have a choice of carrier.

Unlikely. Did you get an email from the company confirming it had been dropped off, or with the label? That may have a number on it, but the number tends to be on the receipt.

I dropped off a parcel using evri on the 14th and it’s still ‘in the carriers network’
ridiculous! I’m waiting for my refund! Contacted the company I got it from and they said, allow up to 21 days for it to arrive back to them. So I imagine it’ll be the same for yours? 21 days though?! Crazy.
