OMG. Companies who refuse to have phone numbers where you can actually speak to real people. They lost my suitcase, didn’t notify me it had been found, need to claim for the essentials I had to buy and can’t get the claim to go through on the website. Phone number they give doesn’t work. I’m already totally fucked off with them spoiling my long weekend and now can’t speak to anyone !!!!! Grrrrrr anyone got a working phone number please ?
