A friend of mine has suddenly blocked me on WhatsApp with no explanation and we haven't fallen out we were getting along fine and now this

There are other forms of messaging other than WA! Try it you might get a resolution.

Ive got a resution and we are fine. It was due to needing some quiet time and now we are back to normal. She said she told me at the time which i dont believe so i asked her to inform me in future
