AIBU to change the day of my party and feel bad and embarrassed?

Hi!
So basically I will be the big 3-0 in a few months and decided to ask my work friends if they would like to go for some food and drinks the weekend after it. I moved to a new area a couple of years ago and so my work friends are my only friends here.
After I asked in the work group chat, several people said they would love to come, but I’ve had to change the date as I remembered I have family coming to visit that day so I asked if they could do the week after. Multiple people then quickly replied to say that they couldn’t come, and now I only have a couple of people coming.
I feel really bad, like I’ve let down those who said they could come but now can’t. And also embarrassed that the whole work group chat is a string of people saying no to my invite.

I suppose I just would like you guys to tell me that this is okay? That I shouldn’t feel bad and shouldn’t be embarrassed? I know this will sound stupid, and I do think I possibly have some sort of anxiety disorder 🙄 it’s really playing on my mind so much

Can you do a vote on Whatsapp? The week before or the week after and go with the majority.

Or maybe a Friday or a Thursday rather than Saturday? I can never do work things at the weekend as have family stuff.
