I know about pelvic floor exercises but mine is shot to pieces after 4 v births, I’m terrified of sneezing or coughing in public and even walking down hill.
I have seen a physio and been told to keep going with the pelvic floors and had a pessary fitted which helps a bit but I don’t want to go out most of the time and I’m nearly 6 months pp now so will be going back to work soon.

You see a physio with specialist expertise in women’s health.

If you didn’t get an internal exam, and they just said levels then they weren’t a good one.

You get High absorbency period pants or reusable pads so you can keep doing stuff while you work on the rehab.

You get the squeezy app so you track the exercises.

Lurking for advice. It's over 4 years and it's still an issue. Time has helped, increased fitness has helped. losing weight has helped. Do. Not. Go. On. A. Trampoline though!

Time and seeing a good private pelvic floor physio helped me I'm 11 months pp and they now have me squat jumping again which I never thought would happen again! The squeeze app has a directory where you can find ones local to you.

I used a Tens EasyCare pelvic floor exerciser. It made a huge difference in only a couple of weeks. I still use it sometimes for maintenance. It fixed the problem for me.

Pads.

i had them for about six years.

Pelvic floor exercises didn’t help no matter how many I did. I started weightlifting and after a week or two it was like a switch flipped.

I don't

(sorry)

Reconnecting your core and pelvic floor - I needed a good womens health physio (my NHS one was crap)
