I play sport a few leave their phones on, they will go to their phones if they hear them ping.
It disrupts everything. You.loose track.

What’s the sport? Surely if it’s a team sport and someone leaves the field of play to answer their phone, you just keep on playing without them?

If it’s a pub type sport like darts or snooker I would expect people to be looking at phones.
