To ask which baby formula you used

Just that. Looking for opinions. Currently using aptamil but baby is crying each afternoon, not sure if its related to digestive issues but gp suggested to change the formula and see…

When should I see any change with the new formula?

Allergies are often dismissed. DC2 was severely allergic to cow's milk (exclusively breastfed to 6 months and continued to breastfeed whilst weaning until 13 months). He ended up carrying an EpiPen for his allergy, it was that severe.

Try different formulas to rule it out, but IME they are all pretty much of a much and you may need to push for him to be tested so he can get hypoallergenic formula.

We used kendamil organic as the local shop stocked it and the little premade bottles of kendamil or hipp organic as back up emergency when out and about, lifesavers

@AnxietyLevelMaxhow are you getting on? Just had a thought, have you considered using a different bottle? Mine didn’t do well with Avent or Tommee Tippee but as soon as I switched to Dr Browns they were like a different baby.

Hi @JellyBean123456 he does seem calmer today to be honest, but dont wanna jinx it, maybe it is just a better day. Night was pretty rough due to runny nose so he is sleeping today a lot.

thank you for the recommendation. We switched from tommee tippee to mam after 2 weeks, as i didnt like the gulping and chocking and mam has extra slow tits which seemed to help. I will have a look at dr brown though

We started on Cow and Gate and it was a disaster. Moved to SMA and the world was a happier place for us! DD was sick so much on C&G and it was so frothy it looked rank when it came from the prep machine.
