If you work at a gym what does this code mean?

At my gym this morning, I had finished and was in the coffee shop when a tannoy message went out which said "control message, Mr Sims to the men's changing room" 4 staff left the reception desk and ran to the changing room and then cordoned it off
I know Mr Sands means fire but what is Mr Sims?

Different places have different codes. A lot will have a general code for all staff to go to an area, usually a medical or security incident.

Yeah I thought it must be medical but just wondered if it was a well known code I've missed

If it’s a David Lloyd gym is for an accident or medical problem.

Does it matter?

Presumably the whole point of a code is so that all and sundry don't either crowd around hoping for a gawp or panic causing more problems than they solve.
