50/50 shared care court order, father not seen child 5 months and now living other side of the world. Doesn’t pay a penny as a nil paying parent because of the charged care. How can I change this to get him to pay for his child, he doesn’t want court order changing but still refuses to pay

I'd speak to a solicitor, they can advise how to go about changing the custody arrangements and how to put him on child support.

Surely him living on the other side of the world and not seeing the kid in 5 months is enough evidence to as the CMS to review?

Because it’s 50/50 shared care they not interested even tho they have evidence
