AIBU to be worried? *TMI alert - discharge and bleeding*

Talk me down fellow mums, talk me down.

I have seen a doctor, waiting on swab results and will reconvene with them for further investigation after results come back.

On Friday, I had some clear yellow discharge On Saturday, my discharge went crazy - soooo much of it. Creamy light yellow (normal colour for me) and no strong smell, just a lot of it. This has continued until a few days ago.

Went to doctors on Monday who took swab and had a look and everything looked as it should. Swab results not back yet. Took urine sample also which is normal.

Yesterday, after going to the toilet I started bleeding and the bleeding continues. Not heavy but red blood on panty liner and when I wipe had some thick stringy dark red blood - a mini period that is probably slowly turning to same amount as a period. The discharge has stopped. The last time I had any bleeding was 5 and half weeks pp and now almost 9 weeks pp.

I'm exclusivley breast feeding so will be pissed if my period has restarted but also so relieved as in my head I'm thinking it's something terrifying like cancer or internal infection.

I bled a lot before I went into labour so worrying I have a messed up cervix or something. But I know it's probably just hormones.

Anyone experience something like this?
I have health anxiety if you haven't guessed so wondering if AIBU to be worried?

I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks and drs asked me to keep a diary of symptoms.

Have you done a pregnancy test?

Also, my period returned within a few months of birth every time, and I EBFd my children. Some of us are just lucky like that…
