Just picking your brains on this one. My DD is at reception year. Last Friday at pick up, her teacher asked me if the office didn't call me. "Why?!" Till I saw my DD face and understood that she was clearly poorly. Apparently she was taken 3 times to the office to check her temperature. She complained about tummy pain the whole day. Refused to have lunch. And fell asleep in the morning in the classroom and after lunch in the playground, and the teacher just left her there, sleeping in the book corner. I am very surprised how come they didn't think about calling me even if she didn't have a temperature (that she did btw, at least when she got home). Is this normal? I can't stop thinking about it specially because they called me before, once, one day she fell and bumped her nose!
