Any body else had an issue with Wren Kitchen installer and their dealing with problems like a cracked floor?

Have a look at Wren Kitchen Disasters on FB. I've never had a Wren kitchen but there's lots of advice on there that might be helpful.

Well we’re trying to get a Wren kitchen. It was supposed to be fitted next week but we’re looking at the end of May at the moment so thinking about asking for our deposit back and cancelling.
