Used lazy ginger that’s been in the fridge for not far off a year

Meant to open the new one, only realised when tidying up, totally freaking out!

I’m working my way through instant porridge sachets that were ‘best before’ some time in 2019. They’re fine and I’m not dead yet, I think you’ll be okay.
