Everything is wrong

I’m sat ill on penicillin and feeling terrible and all I can think round the house is everything is wrong. Never mind outside the home. I am four months pp and wear three outfits on rotation and have three bras that I wear. Three! As they are my only comfy clothes.

You’re doing just fine. Buy a few new outfits in your pp size if it will make you feel more confident and comfortable, but please don’t worry about your size or shape just yet it took 9 months to grow a baby and your body has changed dramatically, but it will feel like “yours” again one day soon, I promise!

Oh you poor thing. Whatever infection you're taking the penicillin for is probably making you feel lousy 💐

I only ever have 3 bras in rotation (plus some bra tops for in the house)!

With my kids I always felt like 4 months was the absolute hardest point, like it gets gradually harder from birth until 4months then it starts getting better again. I always assumed it was because you've used up every last bit of reserve but baby still isnt sleeping etc etc. so just to say it will get better & you're going to be ok 💐
