To think that the loudest people at work are often the least competent?

I’ve noticed that in many workplaces, the people who make the most noise about their contributions aren’t necessarily the ones doing the best work. It’s like they overcompensate with visibility rather than ability. Meanwhile, the genuinely skilled employees often just get on with it without making a fuss.

AIBU to think that, in many cases, the loudest voices belong to those who aren’t actually very good at their jobs?

There’s lots of able loud people in my work place but they don’t sing their own praises, they have lots of fun and carry us all with them. They nurture staff. We work in an intense environment where it’s possible to be assaulted so team work is critical to staying safe. The quiet ones are great too in a different way.

To think there is a lot of people who may be at work starting similar threads that start the same in the last few weeks, there are lazy people who are quiet and loud so to think not everyone's the same and would have human nuances people are not like an AI bot
