AIBU for thinking Go Henry is purposefully keeping the money

March 2nd I cancelled DD15’s Go Henry account. She has a normal bank account now. I also email them too. March 10, I call and ask where the money is. They tell me as she had a junior ISA it has to go via a separate team but will be done in 5-10 days. I call them after 10 days they said it wasn’t officially cancelled by that team until the 16th so 10 days since then. I call them Friday they said they tried to return the money onto the card but they couldn’t. They asked for my Bank Account details so they can do it immediately. I call today, money still not there, phoned them and they said they don’t transfer over the weekend.

AIBU to think they are trying to keep my DD’s money?

It sounds like a normal level of bureaucracy and delay for transferring a non-current account. I'd give them a bit longer.

There's a complaints procedure and you can escalate to the FCA as ISAs are UK regulated:
