We’ve just got back from a holiday in Singapore. I managed to leave my phone in the taxi we took to the airport to fly home. The taxi driver returned it to the hotel. However the hotel are refusing to arrange to have it sent back (which we would of course pay them for) and saying we need to arrange to have it collected from our end. From what I can tell this isn’t possible. Anyone been in this situation and got any advice?
