First tooth

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this — my little girl is 10 months old and has just started teething. Her first tooth has finally broken through the gum, but I’ve noticed it’s just a little point sticking out rather than looking flat like I expected.
Is this normal at this stage? Or should I be worried about how it’s coming through?
Thanks in advance — first-time mum here so probably overthinking things!

Completely fine! That's generally what they look like!! Pretty sharp and painful if you happen to still be breast feeding!!

My son is 11 and getting a new tooth at the moment! His is looking v pointy!!

I've got two children (13 and 11) so we've seen a lot of new teeth over the years! There is a lot of variation on normal 😬🪥
