Moving and want to buy but would like to rent first before committing.
Please recommend sea view property with good transport links to Brighton and London. The rental stocks seem to be limited. Please help? Thanks all

1 bedroom is okay, 2 bed is preferred. Flat in modern property preferred. Will take flat in house if location great.

Crucial is walking distance to bars and restaurants or other entertainment.

Budget maximum 1700, but can adjust for right place.

Are you still set on Brighton? I really do think you should consider Eastbourne with your budget, you'll get something much nicer and be within easy reach for the odd day / night out actually in Brighton itself (train by day, #12 bus at night).
