I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the ombudsman

I have an adapted HA flat. The kitchen storage is non existent, there is a wet room. It is damp and mouldy

I have had passive air vents, an extractor fan, damp treatments and have done my own remedies to stop the damp however it still remains. The HA say no evidence of damp yet there is mould all over my furniture. I have been accepted onto their bidding list under Band 1 for medical, pointless as all properties are homeless nominations however a tenancy move is not being granted despite this because I have only a GP letter. I am on medication etc for depression caused by this flat.

The complaint and request for a move is with the ombudsman. Has anyone actually had a positive experience with the Housing Ombudsman? Or any experience?
This saga has been giving me nothing but stress 24/7
