Since November I’ve sadly been on a cycle of daily binge eating. I was around the very obese category - around 37 when I weighed last week.
It’s a strict diet in which I’ve done cardio and weights. Anyway, after 6 days, I’ve lost 8 pounds. I’m very happy with this.
Im proud of the discipline I’ve had to muster and also previous to starting my diet, my mental and physical health were deteriorating after my daily overeating. I feel so much better now, 🙌☀️
