I'm in a sexless relationship but fine myself flirting with someone in work. Would anyone consider flirting as cheating?

Why are you wanting to flirting, or be in receipt of flirting? Because you're unhappy with your relationship and what it gives you.

So end your relationship, and go off flirting all you want.

My ex used to flirt all the time with female colleagues which I didn't realise until I saw the messages to multiple different work colleagues one day. It hurt, really really hurt seeing them.

Just leave the relationship and enjoy yourself. No one has the right to demand you be celibate. Do you really not want to have sex for the next 40 odd years?

Flirting never ends with flirting! It always leads to somewhere else.
Chances are your partner is doing the same. just go your own ways.
