To think every parent should watch 'Adolescence' on Netflix

It's devastating on so many levels yet feels urgently important.

The real-time single take episodes are an impressive achievement but the representation of the psychology of teenage boys and the landscape they face online is incredible.

Sorry to gush but it's received critical acclaim across the board. It's the first thing which has made me ugly cry in a long time. I'm not the biggest fan of SG but he was great.

It's a four episode miniseries so not too much of a time sink, Stephen Graham and Ashley Walters made it for a reason and it shows. Can't say more without ruining it.

I should think it would put anyone off having children ever!

But an extraordinary achievement all round. Don’t really want to say more as I’m guessing most potential viewers might not have seen it all yet.

I was over-excited and didn't really think about spoilers in the comments.
