For all those that think society can be fully employed and majority of workers working

Obviously only those that are able to work that this is aimed at :

if all businesses cut back to essential staff only then overall there is less money to go around in the economy then other companies will go under etc plus Ai, then companies importing goods, and outsourceing etc

it all adds up its like the opposite when people say get more people working, but working doing excatly what ? especially when other businesses would not pay x workers unless they can make a profit, and already companies are axing left right and centre once all the essential positions would be completed then what do you propose the govt do with the rest of the people ?

unemployment rates are an indicator of strength and growth in an economy for this reason… strong economy, more profits, more jobs.

100% employment is impossible.
Having vacancies is good. It shows growth, and businesses expanding.
