Anyone who has used a thrush pessary before, how long before symptoms started to improve?

A couple of days.

Less than 24hrs for me. I woke up the next morning and felt much better

Less than 24 hours but I find the soft gel pessarys seem to work better. Use it over night and cleared up the next day.

It depends but I’ve used one recently. Had a course of antibiotics and it was absolutely rampant.
Also bought some probiotics recommended to me by a friend who is a nutritionist.
They can be a bit messy the day after.
The cream helps the external discomfort if you get a Canesten combi pack.

I'd say 24 - 48 hours. I've always used them in combination with a cream as well, though.
