Bloating and constipation help!

I'm 11 wks and have been suffering with constipation and bloating for weeks now. I've found that copius amounts of prune juice helps to get things moving but I don't think I can stomach much more of it if this continues. Did this continue all the way through for anyone else? Also (tmi, sorry!) today was a bad day for it and I was massaging my tummy while on the toilet to get things moving but I was pushing quite hard on my tummy as I was so desperate and felt a hard lump in the middle of tummy which I've never noticed before. I've been worrying all day I've caused some damage to the baby and given myself a hernia. Googling says it should be fine but also appreciate to hear if anyone else has had this? Thank you!

Porridge, pineapple, stewed apple, oranges, lactulose 20ml morning and evening, cooked vegetables including soup. Avoid any sort of high fibre cereal like granola or bran because it sets like concrete in your gut. Drink lots of liquids.
