hello, i know this isn’t a substitute for real medical advice from a doctor but I need opinions.
i recently was with someone and we were having unprotected sex for almost a month(we are both clean) and yes I know it was stupid. Backstory is: have severe PCOS and was going years without periods, have a beard to rival Santa and basically just textbook PCOS and crazy hormone levels. I was going year or so without a period but I started taking Metformin been on it ages and ages & my periods came back very irregular but every month so I must be ovulating somewhat?
anyways, I got my period and finished it about a week ago?? Or just over a week. Did the deed a handful of times since then (maybe 4-5 times?).
anyway I noticed today my breasts have been sore I did a test and it was a huge negative- not a trace of another line. I have been having back pain, mood swings etc but put it down to stress.
then, the main thing- I started bleeding tonight. It’s like a light period very light to the point there’s no blood in the bowl but when I wipe it’s like the start of a period. I’m freaking out and wondering if this is implantation BUT I have been binge drinking on several occasions for about a week or two now, I had half a bottle of wine today due to stress and upset and I’m wondering if by doing that or for something else the egg didn’t take? I don’t know lol but just wondering what this could be? Could it be a second period cos of my PCOS? If anyone has any ideas please do let me know, kind of panicking oh dear xx
