Dd13 period/pill

I really need some ideas for my DD 13
we have little family support snd people around us which is something I do struggle with anyway and worry this impacts the situation.
however my dd really turns when on her period as in she is tearful, irrational, sensitive but can't see how her own behaviour might make things worse
this month she has really struggled with friendships because of it.
This month she has taken the pill for a second month to help with her period heavy flow she stopped as she was so hysterical last month but this also coincided with a fall out so she wanted to give it a go again.
iv noticed it's making things 10 X more amplified.

does anyone have any advice or is this a ride it out situation.

also she has ADHD

Some people do react badly to some hormone based birth control. It sounds like you need to take her back to the GP and discuss other options

He's just said about trying other combined type pills I'm not sure if there are any other options maybe holistic

I'd stop the hormones and organize some really vigorous daily exercise.

I'd also do some reading on PMDD. Vicky Patterson does a lot of advocating for awareness because she has it.
