Interpret results please

Can somebody interpret these for me please? For what I’m understanding is that it’s all good I have no infections etc but to me there’s soenthing wrong.

I’ve had discharge (wet) lots of it, foul odour all the time for over 9/10 years and I keep getting told all is well. Aibu to feel deflated ? I just want a reason why it’s happening 🙄

No ability to interpret medical notes unfortunately, have they scanned you or are results from swaps?
I knew a girl at uni who had a problem with odour which ended up being a long lost tampon, but can't imagine something like that going on for such a long time!

Not isolated means the bacteria they were looking for wasn't found in the sample you provided.

Predominantly lactobacillus morphotypes is basically a good outcome with a healthy vagina.

I'm not sure about the rest, but if you're still worried then I'd push at your GP for further testing to see if there's anything they haven't tested for - possibly ask to see a specialist if you haven't already.

Hopefully you can get it sorted soon, I can imagine how stressful it must be for you.

From those results everything looks normal.
I would second what PP have said and ask for a referral to specialist services.
