I am deciding today when I leave this job, it's getting ridiculous

I mean i am leaving the job, it's just a case of making sure i get paid.

I've been here a fortnight and as I have zero contract and have been here under a month, I will not be returning Monday.

I have posted before and I have taken on board people's advice about leaving, I've got something to go to on Monday (supply teaching).

I have had absolutely zero in writing, I have never had a formal offer letter, statement of particulars, anything. I have asked 3 times for something in writing and was told 'oh It'll be done tomorrow'. I have now been told by the headteacher that everything is being delayed because the Business 'Manager' is having personal problems. I understand that however it's not an excuse to sack off his professional responsibilities and duties to his employees.

I don't have a laptop yet so I'm unable to perform my duties to the best of my ability. They are saying they have a laptop but it needs 'setting up' e.g. antivirus etc.
Again I understand but I've been given no timeframe of when this will arrive and they also knew this when they hired me.

So im being repeatedly told they're having home problems which is why they can't give me a work contract. Which he apparently has 'on his laptop' but his relationship problems mean he's unable to press send.

We also have a toilet with a broken seat they can't be arsed to fix. Payslips don't give a breakdown, just a figure slapped on a paper.

So I am leaving which people on here and in real life have given me the courage to do. I phoned ACAS yesterday who told me that legslly I needed something in writing by day 1 at the latest. I have zero idea about pension, sick pay etc. And tbh I don't trust them as employers.

My question is, how to best go about it? I fortunately have a bank care home role I'm intending to do over Easter (providing there are shifts) however I'm worried they won't pay me for this week.
Does it sound like I have any grounds to be paid for this week? Am I doing the right thing leaving? Nobody has said i am, but today is the last chance.

My laptop apparently arrived on Monday (I don't believe that) and it's now Friday and they haven't managed to set it up. It's really not that hard, they can set me up an email account without physically needing the lapptop.

My friend is saying just keep asking until you get things. But what if there's no intention of ever being given them?
