My results came back as abnormal but I’m not sure which part is my actual result?

I must be reading it wrong as I can’t tell what is high/low?

The sample was from July?

Edited as posted totally wrongly. Was distracted! I agree with you - looks within range.

Well I just checked and the range for women is something like 13-150 so a level of 142 looks quite high.
It's a test from last July. Has your GP not been in contact about it as recommended.

If there’s a type and your ferritin is actually 14.2ug/L, it would mean your iron stores are slightly depleted but you would usually have low haemoglobin and/or low heamo crit too.

I wouldn’t panic; speak to your GP as to whether you need a short course of iron supplements.

If the result of 142 ug/L is accurate, then it means your ferritin is a little high: this can happen for various reasons but do not panic, 142 is still in the ‘high but safe’ range as opposed to ‘scary high’ range.

As an example, here are mine. I have iron deficiency aneamia due to endometriosis and have had to have iron infusions for a few years as I would lose about 3/4L per month. I’ve since been put in chemical menopause and you can see that my ferritin levels are still high from my last infusion

Thank you people 🥰
I do know it’s front last July, I’m still experiencing symptoms and went back to check results to rule things out…. Noticed this said abnormal but Dr didn’t pass that along and I’m not dead yet so not thinking it’s serious.

I’m trying to figure out if I have subclinical hypothyroidism, early menopause…. Anytime I Google it comes up with liver failure which I’m sure Dr would have picked up but trying to determine between the hormonal options.
