Dd has worked in a school for over 2 yrs. She's looking at doing something else from September. In previous years she's been paid all year round including the 8 week summer hols (it's a private school) as she confirms before the end of the school year if she's returning in the September. The contracts are always redone each school year so classed as temporary.
So if she tells them she won't be returning after summer how much holiday pay will she be entitled to?
