To be worried about these new marks on my calf? Photo

On my left calve. Didn’t notice them yesterday. It looks like bruising but it’s definitely not and I haven’t bruised/injured my leg. Hard to get a good photo

They just look like bruises to me. They don't hurt when you press on them? I get bruises on my leg occasionally because I run into things and don't pay attention until I see the bruise later.

Okay this is a dumb question but are you sure it's not dirt? I have gotten grease on various my legs before when I've done something like changed my car tire, and thought it was a bruise at first.

Me too. Sometimes they're really gnarly, too. I think when you live in a house and you've got kids under your feet and animals under your feet sometimes you stumble or trip into things and you don't really realize it when it happens. Or you're so busy that you just forget about it. 🤷‍♀️

Could they be thread veins? It’s not easy to see in the photo, but mine look very similar.

Maybe you bumped into something? I also get bruises on my legs for no apparent reason in the summer.

They look a bit like varicose veins.

Think it’s called Petechiae. You might have banged it. Once I had it on my arm and was really worried, then I realised it was from carrying the baby car seat. It will go in a few days i’d imagine.

Looks like grease from a bicycle to me!

You can get those marks from certain plants, have you been in the garden bare legged maybe ? Agree also looks like bike pedal marks.
