It’s not difficult. Any child / teen / YA related issue it’s basically always going to be pertinent to give their blimmin age.

But the number of posters that can’t include the most basic info never mind a precis of the issue …

That would be helpful, but most people just skim read. Someone could post that their 18yr old son has the tv too loud at 10pm.

The first few posts would ask how old ds is. No doubt someone would also be along to ask why on earth their 10yr old daughter is allowed unsupervised screen time

When poster says dc is year 5 or year 11 or whatever they seem to forget that different countries have different school systems or if like me I don't have any dcs or they are grown up the 'year' system changed at some point.
So you could be in year one in primary or secondary school
