I need a vent. I'm the ft worker at home and I have to travel 2 weeks out of the month for work. I cook all the meals, batch cook while I'm away . Do all the laundry. Etc
When I'm home I do all the cleaning cooking etc.
We have 2 teenagers who are useless (( my fault)) and get everything done for them.
I work and then do everything else. I'm sick of it.
Help

On your next day off show them how to do laundry, basic cooking etc and make a little rota so it’s fair. If they are teenagers they will be mature enough to understand it’s very tiring for you

Next time you go away, do the bare minimum. Leave out instructions if needed.

They wont starve (they can live off sandwiches!) and hey if they end up with dirty clothes … what’s the worse that can happen?
Then they will appreciate you.
Dont give in… you need to be cruel to be kind.
