AIBU to want to buy a 27 inch open-ended zip

I have an elderly Kappa jacket with a broken zip. I love this jacket and want to buy a new zip - but all the zips I can find are either 26 inch or 28 inch. Measuring all my jackets and fleeces with open-ended zips I find the old ones have 27 inch zips but the newer ones have 26 or 28 inch zips. Does anyone know where I can buy 27 inch zips? Surely I'm not the only person who wants to repair a garment like this? TIA

Go to eBay, there's some there, I found a black one just now.

Take it to your local dry cleaners that does repairs - they’ll source a suitable sized zip and fix it for you !!!!!!

I have tried the dry cleaners thanks, they will do the sewing but I have to provide the zip!
