The sub-manager of my son 's afternoon school club told me off for rearranging sessions due them being off sick. They say they charge the first hour but then sine last year , she said it's okay if you have the missed session rescheduled another day. I don't really remember whether they said if it has to be same week but I have done it few occasions week after and they always it's said it"s fine....I texted her prior to this half term asking her if it is fine for me to rearrange the missed session( due to my sons being sick 2 sessions) after half term, she messaged " that's fine". So on the day,I'll let her know that I'd like my kids to attend replacing that session prior half term ( since she said yes). When I picked my kids, she told me off repeatedly that I shouldn't have done that...and it is not okay to leave it that late( meaning few weeks after). She had a bit of a tone....and I said to her , if she had replied 'no', I would not have reschedule it. I am confused as to how is she telling me off when she simply to have said "no".
