I have no idea what section I should be posting this in. I have just uncovered my daughter while she was sleeping and saw this brown thing running along side her. Is this a bed bug!? Photo is a bit rubbish. Was more see through in real life.

It could be a tick, though weird time of year for ticks!

Hibernating ladybird? Quite a few varieties don't have spots. On the ladies at any rate.

But without size it's hard to know. It could just be a small beetle type insect.

Ticks don't have wings. It's a beetle of some kind. Not a bedbug

I found one of these yesterday on an item of clothing. Assumed it was some sort of ladybird.
