If you have had one - (im considering, and trying to decide if IABU or not! it would consist of breast reduction, tummy tuck and lipo)

How was the recovery, really?

Do you regret it at all?

What things did you have that helped you with recovery?

TIA!

Thank you :)

Ok so iv gone from a 36H to a (still swollen obviously!) atm 34D. They look SO GOOD. My nipples were down to my belly button and they were so heavy, now they are round, pert and my back just instantly felt relief. I have quite bad posture issues from my previous boobs so hoping this will help that too.

I had full muscle repair along with hernia repair (didn't know I had it but was fixed while he was there), loose skin removed and four sites of lipo, not much but i can see the difference it's made. it was recommended along with what I was having done.

I haven't had much pain, was off pain meds including paracetamol after 5 days. The worst pain is from the MR, my first coughing fit i actually cried! The tummy incisions are a little sore, the boobs are a breeze.

I am so much smaller. Still v swollen, early days yet, but I look so different, in the best way. I feel like my old self.

Hardest parts of recovery so far have been the toilet issues (constipation, they to the other way when I took too much lactulose, then back again when I eased off), the boredom and not being able to do anything, the tiredness (still having daily naps) and the swelling which just flares up whenever it feels like it!)

I had it done in the UK, in the south east. I was following the surgeon for two years on instagram until i plucked up the courage for a consultation.

I got very lucky with my date because after my consultation where I just knew I wanted it done after meeting him, we booked in but then he had another date open up and so I was in much quicker (i didn't' have to accept the earlier date but glad i did!) so it all worked out well.

@NigellaAwesome i have loose skin on my upper inner thighs. I had nothing done to them but somehow with the abdominal tuck the skin is tighter there!

Who was your surgeon please? Thank you for sharing your experience, im looking into this now! Your posts are super helpful

Im off to Lithiania Nords Clinic for my face and neck lift in March. Im 63 so its time. They also do mommy makeovers, breast lifts etc. A good few of my UK friends go there and my sister lives there and all her local friends go there.
It features on tik tok a lot. They cover all costs if there are any complications from surgery and arrange flights and transfers and the prices are great. Ill do before and after pics when I go.

I’m thinking of a tummy tuck. I’ve heard different pain levels. On average how long does the pain last? is it like a non stop contraction (pain)? How long till you are able to get off the bed or up from a sofa without being in a it of pain or struggling?
Does anyone suffer with back aches/ spasms and has thad their tummy muscles tightened , do you feel the benefits to the back.

The reduction is the main thing I want!

I’ve had a breast reduction. Wish I’d done it decades earlier as my boobs were 34FF and always looked ridiculous on my smallish frame. I went down to a C cup and it was an excellent decision. I don’t look fat because of them anymore, they don’t get in the way, I can wear any top I want, even go braless sometimes! Before I couldn’t even relax around the house without a bra on. But I will say, for me I still have very noticeable pink scars 8 years later. For some people they completely fade but for me they didn’t. I still don’t regret it but it’s something to be aware of if you think it’d bother you
