To go upstairs and ask the builders to stop banging so that DD can get to sleep?

I honestly don't know if this is an unreasonable request. We live in a ground floor flat and it was damaged along with the one above ours when the flat above that had a massive washing machine leak. I am very that the upstairs flat are having their repairs done but I only have myself to blame for not getting organised. It is a saturday so I thought that we would be free of builders today. I could really do with DD going to sleep in her cot so that I can do some housework and studying. Otherwise, I'm going to have to take her out in her pushchair [don't have the energy after Tesco this morning emoticon]

I've been in very similar position many times (next door refurb with very noisy builders over the whole summer last year)
I never did ask - & tbh, actually the dcs always went off to sleep ok...
So, I think it's unreasonable, I YANU for wanting to

She seems to have drifted off but keeps stirring and crying. Although, I think it's the loud TV upstairs that is now causing her problems The banging seems to have stopped for now. We need a house....
