Hi, does anyone have any knowledge on the above. Have been agreed extra bedroom extension for son. Based on OT recommendations. The recommendations said to fit a double bed and a chest of drawers. Has anyone had similar no idea on the size to be expecting for this! Also if we wanted to extend beyond what the council agree are we able to arrange the additional on with the builders or not? Thanks
