So I've posted on here a while back about issues I'm having but thought I'd re do an updated version as I couldn't find my old post!

So since September 2024 (a few weeks of being with new partner) I started getting UTI's which was something I've never struggled with in the past.
Well these symptoms continued and still continue now! :( I've done numerous urine tests/samples some of which come back with an infection (e-coli) and some clear.
I've also passed blood in urine a few times (especially after sex)
I've had numerous blood tests taken
a few hospital visits
I've had severe lower back pain (mainly left sided) since November 2024

Tests I've had so far:
Bladder Scan- clear
ultrasound scan - clear
CT scan- clear (kidneys etc all clear)
mri on pelvis - clear but since has been re checked and Cyst found inside lower back. (Waiting on another MRI of back for this)

I'm just noticing that I'm having issues everytime I've had sex with my partner!!
We've both had clear STI tests (infact I've been tested twice nuts to make sure)

i also noticed that if he ejaculated in me I am in agony! It's like I'm allergic to his cum! Is this even a thing??

sorry for the essay but hoping somone has some insight! 🙏
its effecting everything I do, want to do and now me physically and mentally :(

xx

Hi.

Maybe try and avoid sex for a month and see if you clear up with the UTIs, at least then you will know if it's sex that's only causing them. You can do other things in the meantime Wink. I've seen on here that ppl have antibiotics that they can take straight after sex if that is what keeps causing them UTIs. Not sure what they are called though. I hope you get sorted as they are awful.

Hey, thank you for your message... yes I have put a ban on sex!!🤯
The doctor did mention those Antibiotics to be taken straight after sex but because it actually turns out not to be an uti all the time (and can't wait out what it is) they arnt overly keep!!
she has actully just put me on Vaginal suppository's to trial!!🙏🤞
