To ask you guys to tell me to stop it!!

So I'm very late 30s. Had been TTC baby no2 and after over 3 years nothing has happened. Stopped TTC because of the mental torture, periods have been roughly 28 days with the odd one starting a few days before.
This period however should have arrived on Tuesday. I've tested twice and negative. Still no period. Had cramping and pain week before it was due. I'm overthinking soooo much because I have a very weak bladder and get up in the night regularly for the toilet so I don't really have a FMU. Driving myself absolutely crazy because well I'm sure a lot of you can sympathise me. I'm not pregnant am I? Two negative tests and several days late surely not? DC1 is a teenager and I vaguely remember the BFP only had a faint line but I'm sure it wasn't this far past the missed period date but I wasn't cycle tracking then. I don't remember having a massive amount of pregnancy symptoms back then though.
I need to get a grip don't I??!!

Use a digital pregnancy test rather than a blue line one. They are more sensitive and will give you the answer but three days late is nothing and can happen as we ladies get a little older. The cycle can change a bit heading into our forties and later.

Hmm, my last baby I was quite a few days late before I got a positive. They moved the dates back from what they should have been by a week or so at the dating scan

It’s possible you are, but you’d expect a test to show up quite strongly if you’re late now. It sounds very stressful, I feel for you.

You've been TTC for a while, are the teste you used still in date?
