Royal Mail tracked

Hello everyone,
in a nutshell I order medications online. I divert to post offices as my partner doesn’t believe in medication so I have to keep secret. Royal Mail has said they have my parcel but there’s no option to divert my parcel!!
will I have to stay up all night and wait for that option?
im now so worried it will be delivered to my house and he will see. Just wondered if anyone knows at which stage Royal Mail tracked 24 will offer me the usual divert option. It’s awful living like this. I usually get offered the divert option as soon as they’ve received my parcel.

Is it all medication or just some medication?

JudgeBread · 15/02/2025 11:18

Hey I work for royal mail so might be able to help. Putting aside your obvious relationship issues as I'm sure you're aware that's not normal or ok.

Can you access the tracking currently and see if it's a Signed For rather than Tracked 24 or Tracked 48? Regular tracked can be diverted but the Signed For ones can't until after the first delivery attempt, so if whoever has sent it has chosen that option on this occasion you won't be able to divert unfortunately.

OP are we talking about sleeping pills?
Or weight loss injections?
Or painkillers like codeine?

litup · 16/02/2025 03:38

Is it weight loss injections? Because I think you can pick them up yourself at Asda and possibly Superdrug. I think other bricks and mortar pharmacy's would have it too.

It's none of your husband's business if you take medication.

Spouse would have been less presumptuous.

TruthThatsHardAsSteel · 16/02/2025 04:11

Fascinating everyone assumes male.

OP. I order mine online under repeat prescription. The script is sent to my chemist. I get a text to collect. Extremely handy like a poster above says.

Keep yourself safe, it doesn't sound healthy.

OP says he so there is no presumption.

I’m guessing it’s Mounjaro. One of my deliveries had no opportunity to divert the parcel, the rest all did, no idea why. That was Med Express.

ProudDada · 16/02/2025 07:34

Tracked 24 is just first class with a delivery scan.

I've got a new phone and I don't know how to just reply haha! I can't see the button

There isn’t a button. Just don’t press “quote”. Just type in the empty text box

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 16/02/2025 21:59

Yet another MN thread disintegrates into a dispute about quoting the whole OP and the alleged presumption about the sex and marital status of the partner.

are these meds that are likely to need refrigeration as soon as they arrive?
