What do I do?

Long term user but don't want to use my usual name and you'll see why.

I haven't pooped in over 10 days, possibly longer.

Dreadful haemorrhoids at the moment and waiting for a consultant appointment but things are really bad now. I've spent the weekend using various laxatives, drinking coffee, orange juice, castor pil, stool softeners and nothing happening. Seems to be a blockage because I'm only passing diarrhea and this morning, I woke up to a leakage. Also awful nausea but no vomiting. The pain is unreal.

I'm at loss. Please can someone give me some advice.

Sounds like fecal impaction. You need a stool softener.
I used to live in Ireland and had a situation similar to you. I was 9 days no movement. Went to the gp and she sent me immediately to A&E for a colonoscopy which involved an enema. Cleared out and told I have IBS.

I can't believe the kindness of strangers. You have all been amazing, especially @BMW6 who has honestly brought me close to tears with your empathy (or it could have been the pain but I think it was your kindness!)

I had so many scans yesterday to make sure there were no sinister blockages (strong family history of bowel cancer)

I left hospital with a load of stool softeners, local anaesthetic and painkillers.

Once this is cleared, I'll have a colonoscopy and banding for the haemorrhoids.

I'd just finished reading Matthew Perry's autobiography and the first chapter covers his exploding colon "experience" 😦so your post really alarmed me!
