What do you wear and feel good in if you’re around age 40?

Where do you shop? I live in running trousers and a hoodie these days. I used to be fashionable!

M&S for short trousers, Joanie for dresses or
tops. Occasionally Fat Face or the Next petite range.

I wear a lot of yoga leggings as I find them comfy. To go out I put on a nice dress when I can be bothered
