My DD is a waitress at a local Marstons pub. Management there is a little chaotic and she’s not been given a contract or any information, I.e staff handbook or similar.
i was just wondering if Marstons offer any kind of staff support helpline for Well-being etc?
I know a lot of big companies do offer this support to their staff but she’s had no luck when asking management.
